I have over 25 years’ experience in banking providing real estate financing and construction financing for commercial and residential properties. I originate both portfolio and agency loans for a wide variety of clients. In addition to single family lending, I also originate loans for multifamily properties, investor owned and owner user commercial real estate, special use/specialty projects, and construction for custom homes. I take a subjective approach to analyze each transaction as every loan has its own unique complexities.
